Afex Incontinence Management System

This Adhesive-FREE EXternal collection system is an innovative breakthrough for male incontinence management designed by incontinent users and tested by Urologists. To get you started, Afex™ put together a Starter Kit that includes everything you’ll need:

  • 1 - Brief made of 96% Premium Combed Cotton and 4% Lycra®
  • 1 - “Universal Fit” Receptacle - High Style or Low Style
  • 1 - Reusable 500 ml (17 oz) Collection Bag
  • 30 Specifically Formulated Afex™ Cleanser Tablets
  • 1 Cleaning Container





      The Briefs discretely and comfortably support the Receptacle and Collection Bag and prevents the bag from rubbing against the leg. Two tabs on the leg stabilize the bag during higher activity levels and a horizontal Fly allows access for normal urination. The available sizes range from Small to XXX Large.

        The Receptacle is adhesive free, pressure free and latex-free. It has a soft double-walled liner with drain holes to reduce skin exposure to residual urine and to prevent backflow. It's available in your choice of two styles; High Style with Flexi-Top, recommended for active users and good for overnight use, and Low Style, best for users who sit for an extended period of time.

        The Reusable Collection Bag eliminates the need for tubes or leg straps and the "turn-n-click" design makes attaching the bag simple and quick. The Collection Bag is double-sealed to contain odor and will securely hold up to 17 ounces of fluids. For overnight use, purchase our optional Afex™ 2-Liter Bed Bag and Afex™ Extension Tube Assembly.

        For overnight protection, use the Afex™ Overnight Pad with Snaps. The convenient "snap-in" feature attaches to the build-in snaps found in the front of the briefs and securely holds the pad in place for a worry free, dry night sleep. This unique pad is reusable and can absorb up to 12 ounces (350 ml) of fluid easily. Machine washable.

          Additional Briefs, Receptacles, Formulated Cleansing Solutions and Reusable Collection Bags can be purchased separately when needed.
