The Dribblestop® Male Urinary Incontinence Clamp gently applies pressure to the top of the penis, as well as the urethra on the underside, to control bladder leakage effectively without restricting blood circulation. Since blood flows freely, the clamp is safe to wear 24/7.

Custom Fit
Sizing your penile clamp for a custom fit is easy. Each clamp includes two (2) sets of three (3) different sized links - 5/8", 3/4", and 7/8". The links allow users to adjust the clamp from size small to large. The clamp is comfortable and easy to use.

How does the Dribblestop® Male Urinary Incontinence Clamp work?

The clamp features two plastic molded jaws with a plastic link on each end. The jaws, lined with medically approved closed-cell memory foam, do not absorb liquid and remains dry. The penis is placed between the jaws and foam, using the plastic links to hold the clamp together. This applies just the right amount of pressure to close off the urethra and stop the release of urine (see diagram by clicking on "more pictures" above). Users can adjust the size of the clamp by snapping the links into the size-adjusting notches.

The all-plastic construction of the Dribblestop® clamp makes it comfortable and discreet to wear, as well as easy to clean.
